A friend recommended I tried Pace b/c past good experiences he’s had. Came in to get a set of new tires re-balanced b/c the prior installer had not done a good job and car was shaking. While waiting my turn, I noticed the staff was courteous and took the time to explain things in simple terms to all customers, and they even knew the customers by name, which says a lot. My own experience was very positive. I never got the feeling they were trying to sell me something I didn’t need. In fact, Jose, the front technician, recommended to try a simpler method first before trying a more expensive one. Not only did I very much appreciate that honesty, but it showed knowledge and confidence in their work! The car shaking was gone. Their customer service and knowledge was excellent. Their prices were fair. That combination is hard to find these days. I do a lot of my own car work, but sometimes I either don’t have the time or the tools, so I’m very happy to have found a shop I can trust! I now owe my friend lunch for his recommendation.
