I’ve been coming here for the past 7 years. It’s hard to find a reliable mechanic you can trust without worrying about getting scammed. Their prices are a little higher than your typical shop, but I don’t mind paying a bit more for the peace of mind knowing my car is in good hands.

I have been taking my vehicle to Pace Tire Pros for a number of years and keep coming back because they take care everything that needed to be done and at the price that was quoted. Customer service agent was very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable.

7 hours for an oil change is mind blowing 🤯 Pep Boys service is better.

Gerome, you're 100% right. It is too long to wait for an oil change and a tire rotation and it is certainly not our norm. The only excuse we have is that we were incredibly short handed as some of our staff is away. When you came in last friday. We had vehicles already on lifts from the day before and we had other customer's that we had promised their vehicles to earlier. I will reach out to you directly and see if we can make this right.
