I went in for a routine oil change and tire rotation and walked out paying 3k for services that were not checked with me first! There were things done that I know I didn’t need at the time like a new battery and almost 200 for fuel injection cleaning! All I hear from my friends is I got scammed! I have been here before and at least they told me what really needed to be done and what could wait! Not this time got the call the next day at first they want 3.5k not including tax and a service fee for using a credit card! This really hurt me financially! In response to you I was NEVER contacted on what was needed! ! And your statement proves that I diid not approve of the work I knew about the steering issue only!from coming in for an inspection in Oct.i had sticker shock when it came time to pay the bill!I would have not done the battery’ I would have not done the tires! I would have not done the fuel injection and WAS NOT contacted before the work was done ! I was not ok with what you did but was not going to make a scene in the office with people there! I will not be back!!
Alison, While you did come in for an oil change and tire rotation, we called you and spoke to you about your vehicle before we did any work. Primarily that you needed (2) tires and front lower control arms because those tires were worn very unevenly. We did nothing without your ok first. We advised the service that was recommended includinga fuel injection service and then did everything because you approved it. When you came in to pay and talked to me (Lawrence) you told me that you weren't expecting that sort of work and I said no problem and offered to take 10% off the total service bill which you were happy with. I'm sorry if that still wasn't enough but it seemed at the time that you were ok with that. I'll follow up with you on Monday to see if there is anything we can do to better this situation for you going forward because we do not want our customers feeling this way.
