I find that each time I bring my car in. I am met with a courteous staff, and I can always feel free to call with any concerns. They keep me posted on when my car will be done and will always let me know what the charges are before. Any work is done.

Finally fixed my steering wheel vibration with a proper wheel balance! Negative point is that they used a chrome weights on a black wheel but nothing important. Very happy with the result. 100% recommended

Went to Pace because I had a leaking tire. Jose was so friendly and professional. He never once tried to upsale me. I walked in already knowing I needed a new tire because it had no threads. Couldn't believe it when it was ready 30 minutes later. So happy with this place.

I’ve been going to Pace tire for over 25 years. Apparently the new owners allow sloppy work. Had my car inspected Apr 2024 . Had Freon put in June, 2024. My car broke down on a trip to the Catskills, A week later . We were on a narrow winding round and lost power. Had to find a mechanic on vacation. I have videos of the mechanic finding the main air intake hose completely off. Various other clamps loose, and. screws MISSING! I couldn’t believe it! Apparently making sure they complete a job correctly, is not important to the new owners. I’m done. Buh bye.

Had an emergency with my car smelling like gas from the inside. Called the dealership they didn’t have any openings till July one month later, similar situation with 3 more dealerships I called. One would think a gas issue is an emergency. Let me add car is under warranty. I knew I could rely on Pace to look at my car ASAP so went to them. They kept my car for a day did all the necessary diagnostic testing. Since I didn’t know how long I’d be without the car i was forced to rent one due to work and family responsibilities. After the second day and further testing ,to my relief there were no issues found with the car. Pace went above and beyond to make sure my car was safe and also that I got it back in a timely manner. Cannot thank them enough!! I ended up contacting Corporate for my car manufacturer and will be getting reimbursed for any out of pocket expenses, so at the end of the day a happy ending. Thank you again Pace for once again saving the day when called upon on short notice!

The first company I did business with in NYC! I couldn't have asked for better Customer Service, Great service & Awesome price! I would recommend them ANYTIME!
