I called Pace Tire after noticing one of my tires was low at 28 PSI. They told me I could come right in, and the price they quoted for checking/patching seemed fair. When I arrived, the process was a little more involved than I expected, and what sounded like a quick 5-minute visit was really going to take closer to 35–45 minutes because they wanted to put the car on the lift and properly diagnose it. I didn’t have enough time, so I decided not to go through with the service. Before I left, they offered to top off my tire with air, which I really appreciated. The staff was polite and helpful, and the technician came right out to assist me. It turned out I only needed air, but I appreciated their professionalism and hospitality.
Leonard , thank you for the review and for highlighting our service. Yes we do a full blown patch here which requires taking the tire off the rim. Then we rebalance there tire. It is a more involved process than simply plugging the tire. I’m glad you just needed air and we were able to get you in and out quickly.
