Gerome, you're 100% right. It is too long to wait for an oil change and a tire rotation and it is certainly not our norm. The only excuse we have is that we were incredibly short handed as some of our staff is away. When you came in last friday. We had vehicles already on lifts from the day before and we had other customer's that we had promised their vehicles to earlier. I will reach out to you directly and see if we can make this right.
