Their liars. They installed my tires shipped from tire rack on to my new wheels. I had an immediate shaking of the steering wheel. I called them and brought it in 2 days later thinking it would go away. I waited 1 1/2 hrs. They took off the front tires and said they were fine and did not need balancing. They put them back on without balancing so they said. They told me I lost a wheel bolt and the others are loose. They said the ones I had are too small. Which you would think they would have told me when they put them on. They said call the wheel mfg co and insist on the right bolts. I get home and find attached to the wheels the weighted magnets that are used to balance. Hmm, interesting. So PS, they didn't balance at first visit. They threw away one of my bolts. And made it seem like a bolt MFG problem. The wheel MFG co told me the 27mm long bolt that Pace said is too short, was fine. Their liars! Stay away! BTW, I'm the guy with the Audi S5.
