Waited more than 2 hours to get a tire patched and then they charged $32, only reason I waited and paid that much was because my tire was flat and I would not have made it anywhere else.....supply and demand.

Waited 2:30 hours for flat tire repair. Highly disorganized establishment!!!!

The staff at the front desk as well as the gentleman who fixed my tire were extremely friendly and nice. There was, however, a male, owner I would gather, who was yelling and being mean to employees. That made me extremely uncomfortable. Prices are a little on the expensive side.

I'm not sure what happened with the service on my last visit. These guys are usually awesome. But this time, they dropped the ball. I brought my car in because the tire pressure monitoring light kept coming on, even I filled and re-filled the tire. I was told that I had a cracked rim and that it would have to go out for a repair. When I asked how much, I was told between 80 and 100 dollars. I asked for a more specific number and when the gentleman who was writing my ticket asked the owner, he said 150. I didn't argue, if that's the price, then so be it. But people writing the ticket should know. Anyway, I left the tire. It was Monday evening. I was told that it would be sent out on Tuesday and would definitely be back on Friday, but that I should call on Wednesday because there was a possibility that the rim may be back at the shop on Wednesday evening. (Thursday was Thanksgiving, so it was out of the question). When I called on Wednesday to check, I was told that it wasn't there (no big deal), but that it wouldn't be there on Friday either (This annoyed me). I wasn't given a reason, but I was told that it would definitely be in on Saturday. Fast forward to Saturday...I called in the morning. No rim. I was told to call back laster, after noon. I called at 2:30. The gentleman who answered the phone said that he would call Emil (the manager) and the tire shop and then call me back. I never got a call back. I called back at 4:10. I was then told that they had no answers and that Emil would have answers since he's management. I could call him on Monday morning. When I called on Monday morning, Emil said that he didn't know I didn't have the rim, so obviously, even though I was told that the Saturday crew called him, they either didn't or there was a HUGE miscommunication. Emil told me he would call me back as soon as he had any info but that it should definitely be in by Monday evening. I called back at noon to see if there was any update. Tom, the owner picked up, asked me to wait while he got answers and then he called me back. He informed me that the rim was in the truck being delivered and would be in the shop in an hour. I got to the shop in the evening. Tom greeted me immediately, apologized for the confusion and knocked 25 dollars off the price. If not for Tom, I would have given 1 star. Again, this is not typical of the service that I get at Pace Tires. It's usually 4 or 5 star service. But this time, they dropped the ball.

Great service as always. Was so happy they were able to squeeze us in to repair the tire. Thanks again for the great service.
