PACE TIRE PROS IS OK. THE ONLY THING ABOUT THIS PLACE IS TO EXPENSIVE. YOU HAVE TO GO BACK MULTIPLE TIMES . THEY SAY ONE THING ABOUT YOUR VEHICLE, THEN YOU HAVE TO BRING IT BACK FOR SOMETHING ELSE. THE HOURLY RATE IS INSANE.
Cindy, thank you for leaving a 5-star review. We informed you when doing the wheel alignment that you’d need to come back for the camber bolts and upper arms. We even said you can bring us your own parts being that you had this vehicle heavily modified before bringing it to us. Our hourly rate reflects our expenses, our location and our technicians, many of whom have a lifetime of experience. Yes there are less expensive shops, but we offer a 2 year/24k miles warranty on all of our service. Additionally, we discounted our labor rate for you as a corrections officer.
