I brought my Jeep Wrangler into Tire Pros. because they came highly recommended from a colleague of mine. I had multiple check engine lights on. When I brought my Jeep in I was greeted with a courteous and professional staff. Laurence was the initial staff member that handled and listened to my concerns in regards to repairing my Jeep. I was also able to meet the mechanic that would be working on my vehicle which was awesome. My only request to the team at Tire Pros. was to make my Jeep right. They handled that request in a timely and professional manner. Laurence called me to give me the details of what needed to be done and didn’t go ahead and repair my Jeep without consulting me prior to doing anything that I wouldn’t be able to afford or didn’t want done. He informed me what to expect and how soon my Jeep would be available for me to pick up. The price was very reasonable and didn’t come with unexpected charges. Anyone that is looking to have their vehicle repaired would be well served by having Tire Pros. handle their vehicles issues. I highly recommend this company. In addition they look out for first responders in a extremely grateful manner. Thank you very much for your professionalism!
