Service is top notch but they are way too busy. Had to come in first thing in the morning before they open to get any work done otherwise you'll be waiting for hours. It's walk in only. They don't take appointments. My gripe with this place is that they changed my TPM sensors but the tire pressure light was still on, maybe it wasn't reset properly. I went back shortly after noticing this and they told me to come back another day, again has to be first thing in the morning. Wish they could have taken care of that right there and then since they did the work that day. If your not pressed for time, then this is the place to go as their service is excellent. But if your time is precious to you then go elsewhere. UPDATE: the owner did contact me shortly after posting the review. He said I could come back anytime to have it checked out / reset. I appreciate the follow up and the personal attention by the owner. Upping the star by one.
John, our apologies. You should have been taken care of right away. Please come down at your convenience and we’ll take care of the TPMS issue. As far as being too busy, like everyone else, we’ve been hit with staffing issues this past year and we are doing our best with the limited staff we have. Come in and ask for Lawrence, he’ll have you taken care of right away.
