Audley, thank you for the feedback. When you came in for the flat repair, before we proceeded, we informed you that one of the studs and lug nuts were seized, we gave you our price and you ok’d it. We installed your fender liner that you had at no charge. Was there something we could have done differently to make your visit with us more pleasurable?

I am highly satisfied. I had a list of repairs needed. Jose was able to confirm the work that was actually necessary and provided me with numbers. I dropped off the car and when the repairs were done, they gave me a call. Will return for future car needs!

Pace was able to order all 4 tires for next day installation. I had a specific tire in mind, but the customer service rep at the front desk recommended a highly rated tire (with Consumer Reports) that would offer some savings for me.
