Below was my latest experience. I will relate the facts. After walking in, I had a 1-2 minute wait. The staff remembered my name and the relevant details of my last visit, 4-5 months earlier. I told them I had a flat tire and how I got it. They explained clearly why the tire probably couldn’t be repaired (which I expected). They estimated when they would inspect the car (a couple of hours). They called me when they said they would. They gave me a couple of options for tires and timeframes. I chose one of the options. They finished work when they said they would. My Subaru Outback trunk door was malfunctioning for a year and required manual opening. They called me to ask about it, because they didn’t want to force it and break something. I explained it to them. They asked me a couple questions about it. When I got my car back, the trunk door worked again. I’m assuming it was something simple I’d overlooked, but nobody said anything about it. Last fact: I am a very satisfied customer.
