Very good diagnostic service. Fortunately I received immediate attention since I was scheduled to take the car on vacation.

I really liked this place. Felt no pressure when I was sold tires. They were friendly and efficient. The car felt better than when I brought it. This will be my go to car repair and inspection place even though it is not in my neighborhood.

The place is really busy and it is a good thing. They seemed to have frequent customers. Service was quick. Prices were fair. Will come back for more. Went there because my recently purchased car had bulges on the front tires. Went there got new tires on warranty. Good folks there.

These guys are absolutely awesome! Some 6 months ago I've promised myself to write a good review when I was receiving a good service while passing the inspection, but forgot. Today I've changed the oil there and realized that I needed a coolant change (I thought it's an oil light on, but was coolant light) (this happens to me 2nd time already! Damn VW icons :) So I went back and they've filled the coolant for free. Thanks very much Pace-Tire/Goodyear. Will be coming back for tires, etc.

I have Acura TL 05 .I recently came for an alighment of the car and I paid them $160.it took them 2 hours to do the alighment and after that the car's steering wheel was still croocked .they didn't do anything. extremely bad service ! they simply suck and are a waste of the time and money

Over the past year, I have been to Pace Tire for a nail in a tire, inspection and new tires. I found them to be friendly, reliable and quick enough. I have every intention of returning, but hopefully not too soon.

I was here for my yearly NY State emissions check, and everything was great!! They checked my car (86 Cougar) thoroughly and warned me about some possible issues I may encounter. Very pleasant, helpful, and fast staff.

I have been a customer of Pace tires on and off for years. I have always been on a quest for a good mechanic anywhere in Queens. Every time I think I have found one, I end up getting ripped off on the second or third visit. Pace never gave me a problem over the years, so I should just have stuck with them. The closest they came to a problem was last Friday afternoon when I left my car in for routine oil change. I also asked to check a very slight hesitation with the engine. They changed the oil and plugs and also cleaned the throttle body. When I got my car back, it was running like crap with check engine light on. At first they tried to tell me that there may be additional services required on the car. It was late Friday, so, they could not fully check out the car until following Monday. On Monday, they took in the car without a fuss. They found out that the problem was due to a mistake made by their mechanic. They fixed it and returned the car in perfect running condition. Apologies and no Charge. . Mechanics make mistakes. A true test of a company is in how they respond to a complaint and rectify the situation. On this test they get 100%.. They are honest and reliable. I will go there, and only there in the future.
