My husband and I recently brought our car to Pace to get a new set of tires and really had a fantastic experience. Originally we spoke with Kevin and he was extremely helpful. He gave us different price options for the correct size tires and got us in when we wanted to bring the car. Unfortunately, after starting all the work, it turned out we also needed a few other things done. Matt one again explained everything in detail to my husband and was very professional. Originally he said he would need the car for another two days (in order to get the correct parts). Once my husband explained that I was pregnant and we needed the car he promised to have it finishes the next day by noon. To our surprise, 5:30 that night, the car was ready for pick up. He was able to get the part and finish up in order to help us out. Since we're new to the neighborhood we picked Pace based on yelp reviews and convenience to home. After having a great experience with them, we'll definitely be using them as our regular spot for car upkeep.

Everytime we bring the car in. They always check it out, diagnose the issue and let us know how much promptly. They are also good with getting the work done and getting the car back to us that same day.

All the work is done the way it should be done, no "extras" unless needed and Kevin and the other fellows are the best, helpful,cheerful and kind to an old lady.

Pace employees always try to assist the customer with their automotive issues as quickly as possible.
