After paying for repair of all four shocks; one went bad and was not charged for subsequent replacement. However, I still feel that my suspension needs more tightening as the car bounces a lot on rough roadways.

Isn't that often I work with them, but the time I have, I found the best answers for any kind of mechanical problem with my car, Of course I will recommend to work with them, they're all professional and is not a way to lose money and time. Thanks everyone for your help.
