The people at Pace tires helped me with a flat tire that had been ridden in and replaced it with a new tire. They were friendly and considerate.

Have been going here since my father brought.me here 40 years ago to get a picture for my car ins. Owner Tommy is very honest and somewhat loud when it comes to his employees, but ita.just his way, he treats everyone like family. His wife Linda I think is the the brains and strength behimd the man. His team of mechanics are top notch and always there to fix, help in qurstions or anything. They do not inflate bills, if you don't need something you don't get it, not like most places. Transition that is taking place is the reason why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. It is a 5 star operation 99.9% of the time, second to none. This past week they are going thru a transition in the office so my experience this week I ly is a 4 star rating. You have to try them if you can get there.

Always a great experience. Most times I just walk in without an appointment because somersomemay have just poopped up and they always say give us a few minutes & we'll see you. They never turn me away. Just last week I brought my car in because 4 lights came on at once when I started it, I was driving home from work on the Island & got there 10 min before closing, they took my keys & more info & said they would look at it in the morning. A couple of min after I left they called & said this should be covered under my warranty at Honda & if they touched it they would have to charge me. Honda was closed as well so I had it towed in the morning but they didn't have to tell me that, they could have just fixed the car like I asked. Nope, these guys are good honest people. I went back yesterday with my car because Honda left a hubcap in my backseat & I had a question. I always forget their names but the gentleman who saw me first & was in the middle of something else immediately came outside put my cap back on & answered my questions (I was questioning something Honda did). I think they are great guys who care about what they do and have good personalities to match. Oh and as a woman going into a service station you never feel intimated or like they are just giving you a line & taking your money because they are not like that, very respectful. I have referred many people to them & am confident when I do.
